Reception
For information, to rent a bike, missing groceries, ordering fresh bread, et cetera you are at the reception at the right place.

Opening hours reception:

Monday*	9.00 - 17.00 hrs
Tuesday	9.00 - 17.00 hrs
Wednesday	9.00 - 17.00 hrs
Thursday	9.00 - 17.00 hrs
Friday*	9.00 - 18.00 hrs
Saturday	9.00 - 17.00 hrs
Sunday	10.00 - 14.00 hrs

* During holidays open till 20.00 hrs.

Breadservice
Start your day at Gerner with fresh bread! Upon arrival you receive a list from the reception on which you can order bread for the following morning. Please deliver the list before 16.30 hrs at the reception. You can pick up your fresh bread the next morning from 9.00 hrs at the reception. On sundaymorning the Baker does not deliver.

Rent an E-bike or bicycle
At the reception you can rent E-bikes and bicycles (upon availability). The reception is happy to inform you about nice bike trails in the area around the park. 
 

Electric charging station
Behind the reception building two charging stations are available with a total of four spots to charge your electric car. All charging passes suitable for public charging can be used.
 

Laundromat
During your stay at Gerner you can use our laundromat 24 hrs a day. You will find the laundromat directly next to the reception. If you like to use this facility please pick up a coin at the reception.
